I’m Home!
Emeth Hesed, March 21st, 2006
Thank you all so much for your e-mails and prayers. I just caught up on all my e-mail and I am sorry I can’t answer each of you right now but it’s been a blessing and an encouragement to know you have all been praying for me. Thank you!!
It turns out I do not have hepatitis of any sort, but we’re still waiting for the results of the latest blood test … 2 more vials of blood *argh* but I didn’t cry.
The doctor just let me out of the hospital today on condition I stay in bed at home and do not move for the next week so I guess that’s what I will be doing. No more IV drips for hours and hours a day, no more blood tests. No more needles!
Meanwhile, I’ve been reading Gladwell (who wrote Blink), Rosenstock-Huessy (borrowed from Papa), Sun-Tzu, and Foucault (from Berek, of course).
Thank you again and may God’s blessings be on you all.

You’re baaaaaaaack!!!!!! Praise the Lord! God bless you:)
Praying they find the right diagnosis lickety-split and the right cure lickety-splitter!
Great to hear you’re back! Praise God! We called you a couple hours ago but we guess you were already in bed. We’ll give you a call sometime this week:)
I’m glad you’re doing well! That must have all been terrible — I know hospitals are good, but I still don’t like being in them. :-(
I just bought Blink and Tipping Point. I’m going to read them this summer — maybe you could post some sort of a review when you’re done with them?
