There are quite a few exercises and sitting positions that will help too. I’m sure someone will mention some or you’ll find them online. If not, Rachel would know..
Congratulations! We love girls and those tiny fingers are so precious!
(I’d start doing pelvic rocks: good for positioning and help you feel more comfy in the 3rd trimester, too.)
She’s beautiful! And ditto on the pelvic rocks. She still has plenty of time to turn, so don’t worry about it…but it’s always good to do things to encourage her to flip.
She’s beautiful! I can’t wait for her to arrive. Keep resting and taking naps!
So tiny, but so special. Just think, someday soon you will feel those tiny fingers wrap around your finger.
Beautiful sonogram pic!
#4 was breech and flipped and breech up until the end. My midwife said the most effective means of turning breach babies in her experience were a combo of prayer and a chiro technique (Webster’s? Or something like that.) It worked for us.
(Though I did do my share of lying reclined on an ironing board. . .)
